Do I need to install anything?
No. SR WEBX runs in the browser. Scorers use any modern phone, tablet or computer. Overlays are web links that you add to your streaming software as a browser source.
Which streaming software is supported?
Any software with a browser source: OBS Studio, Streamlabs Desktop and vMix (Web Browser input). PRISM Live Studio supports web sources on desktop. See the Supported Streaming Software page for setup steps.
How fast do graphics update?
Overlays check for new data every 1–2 seconds and update as soon as a delivery is saved. On typical connections updates appear within about two seconds. It is near-real-time, not frame-accurate.
Which formats does the scoring engine support?
Limited-overs cricket: T10, T20, 50-over and custom overs, including reduced-overs matches with a manually revised target. Wides, no-balls, free hits, byes, leg-byes, penalty runs, every mode of dismissal, retirements and corrections are supported. Test matches and the DLS method are not part of version 1.
Can two people score the same match?
You can assign several scorers. The system prevents conflicting entries: if someone else has just recorded a ball, the other device is asked to refresh before saving.
What happens if my internet drops while scoring?
Nothing is recorded until the server confirms it, so you never get a false "saved". When the connection returns, the scorer reloads the latest state and you continue. Overlays reconnect automatically without replaying old animations.
How do I pay from Pakistan?
You can pay by bank transfer or mobile wallet and upload your receipt for verification, or by JazzCash when enabled. International customers can pay by card when Stripe is enabled.
Can I use my own sponsor logos?
Yes. Upload sponsor logos and banners and they rotate in the sponsor graphic. You must have permission to use any logos you upload.
Are the themes official ICC, PSL or IPL graphics?
No. All eight themes are original SR WEBX designs inspired by modern broadcasting styles. They are not affiliated with any board or competition.
