Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data (name, email, password hash, timezone), organization details, team and player information you enter, scoring records, uploaded logos and artwork, payment records (we never store card numbers or CVV codes), and technical logs (IP address, browser, security events).

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, process payments and licences, send account and billing emails, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Public data

Overlay links and public scorecards you choose to publish display match data such as player names and statistics. Only share overlay links with your production team.

Processors

Hosting, email delivery and payment gateways process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

Retention

Completed matches and scorecards are kept while your organization exists. If your licence expires, data is retained so you can renew. When you delete your account, personal details are anonymised; organization records may be kept where required for accounting.

Your rights

You can access and update your profile, export reports, and request deletion. Contact us through the Contact page for any privacy request.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected, administrator accounts use multi-factor authentication, and access to each organization's data is isolated.
