1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of SR WEBX Live Cricket Broadcast (the "Service") provided by SR WEBX. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

2. Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for the activity of staff you invite, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Licences and payment

Access to features is governed by the plan you purchase. Plans are licensed per organization and are not transferable. Payments are confirmed only after verification by the payment provider or by SR WEBX for manual transfers. Licences that are not renewed enter a grace period and then expire; your data is retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass licence limits, interfere with other customers, or upload content you do not have the right to use. You must hold the rights to any team, tournament or sponsor logos and artwork you upload. The Service must not be used to imply an official affiliation with any cricket board or competition.

5. Availability

Live score updates are delivered in near-real-time over the internet. Delivery depends on your network, your streaming setup and hosting conditions; SR WEBX does not guarantee uninterrupted or instantaneous updates.

6. Intellectual property

SR WEBX retains all rights in the software and the original broadcast themes. You retain rights in your data and uploaded artwork and grant SR WEBX a licence to process them to provide the Service.

7. Suspension and termination

SR WEBX may suspend or revoke a licence for non-payment, abuse, or breach of these Terms, with the reason recorded. You may close your account at any time from Account settings.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and SR WEBX's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard.
