Free trial first

Every new organization receives a free trial so you can test scoring and overlays with your streaming software before paying.

Monthly and annual plans

You can request a refund within 7 days of your first payment if you have not completed a live match on the paid plan. Renewals are refundable within 48 hours if no match was started after renewal.

Single Match and Tournament Pass

Refundable before the first match is started under the pass. Once a match has started, the pass is considered used.

Service problems

If a verified platform fault prevented a licensed broadcast, contact us within 7 days and we will provide a credit or refund at our discretion.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned through the original payment method or by bank transfer for manual payments. Processing times depend on the bank or gateway.
